 PERSONAL TRAINING (1-HOUR SESSION)


One-on-one training that is designed to help you reach specific fitness goals. Includes body assessment, diet, and nutrition.

 MONTHLY UNLIMITED (1-HOUR SESSION)


Includes classes Monday through Saturday, with access to boxing, bootcamps, and group training.

BOXING BOOTCAMP


Thirty-minute express classes, Monday through Friday. High intensity mix of boxing and bootcamp-style training.

DROP IN + SATURDAY BOOTCAMPS


Team 5K is when the K.O. Fitness and Bootcamp family come together and run/walk in a 3-mile race—no one gets left behind! We run in a team effort to push each other, but at pace in which everyone can handle. K.O. Extreme is training specifically designed to help you prepare for special events such as USMC Marine mud run, iron man, marathons, and many others.
